We recommend that the following software is installed to use the site effectively:

	Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 upwards

	Adobe Acrobat Reader 5 upwards Required to view the PDF files of audio and video transcripts in the Tutorials section.

	Apple QuickTime Player Version 6 Required to view the videos clips in the Tutorials section.

	Macromedia Flash Player 5 upwards Required to listen to the audio clips in the Tutorials section.
